I was watching a new story this morning about food allergies.
The doctor doing the story recommended if you have a food allergy
you carry a note with you describing your allergies, give it to the waitress
and ask her to please give it to the kitchen staff that will be preparing your meal...
I immediately designed this card to print fill out and carry with you.
