Pay Monthly Bills Weekly Worlsheet

            I seemed to have this feeling our income doesn't go as far

 as it did. Each month that passes things just get tighter and tighter.

What I did to make me see our situation more clearly and to knlow

exactly what we could spend each week for groceries & incidentals, I started 

paying the "monthly" bills weekly. With internet banking I was able to set 

up reoccuring weekly payments. 

            I took  the average-high utility amount, divided it by four. Set up auto-payments for that amount on my internet-banking. Now at the end of the month

it's not so tight and once or twice a year, I don't have a utility bill.

            I realize not all of the bills we pay regularly will accept this method, for 

those accounts, I opened a checking account ( no-cost one) and transferred that weekly money into that checking account. This has sure helped me see exactly

how much I can spend on groceries etc. weekly.

             This did take me a few months to get every things synchronized  but was well worth it.

We get so busy with the Holidays, it sneaks up on us.

I know looking back, and especially when the information is looking us right in the face, can be

depressing. That's why so many of us put this off till the last minute, or don't do it at all.

From years experience, I know that if I stay on top of this, I don't dread or fear and do a better job

of budgeting. 

I designed this Quarterly (three months) Totals Worksheet to help you stay on top of the budget.

Seeing how if our expenses change, we can re-evaluate where we need to cut-back.

Worksheet to Keep Track of Paid Monthly Bills

This is a simple worksheet I use to keep track of my paid monthly bills. The e-bills and paper bills can be confusing for me so I designed this worksheet. I pay all my bill via internet banking. Our snail-mail service is very poor and I like knowing my bills are going to be paid by the due-date. I try to keep them paid as soon as I receive them, so I write on this sheet everything I pay. I can easily reference and see if something has been missed.
