As the years have passed I've figured out he
probably didn't invent the hot wing....but he sure could have. He was just
that kind of guy and cook.
I wanted to share this recipe not just for you all but all my family members
that knew and loved Sam. Sam lost a difficult battle with caner just before his 59th birthday.
Rest in peace Sam and may your hot wings live on !
