Here's the mandolin slicer from QVC I mentioned earlier.
I've linked the picture to the slicer. I could write a page on how much I love this kitchen gadget. I use mine constantly. It's the best for taking corn off the cob, slicing onions, tomatoes, bell peppers, honestly I could go on and on.....
