Make a pretty fan & why not make one for a friend ?
Print on pretty scrabook paper or card stock. For
card stock, I've given you a plain back.
Print two sheets. With a paper punch, punh a hole in the bottom,
lay the blades in a single stack, add a pretty brad..........easy as pretty !
